Born and bred in Bali, I have the pleasure of living life in the ‘Island of Gods’. As a Certified Personal Trainer since 2019, I have met many clients from all walks of life and many has turned to be good friends and upkeeping their health regime. 

As a personal trainer, I have a strong passion for health and fitness and enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals. I hold a certification in personal training from a reputable organisation and have several years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

My approach to training is holistic, meaning I take into account not only my clients’ fitness goals but also their lifestyle, dietary habits, and any medical conditions or injuries they may have. This helps me design a personalised plan that is safe, effective and sustainable for each individual.

I believe that consistency and hard work are key to achieving any fitness goal and I strive to provide my clients with the support and motivation they need to stay committed and make progress. Flexibility is key.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I am equipped to do home training.

However, if you prefer the gym as your point of training, there are several gym options in Bali. All can be arranged.
