To achieve body goals, it is important to focus on one goal at a time and make it your own. We will start by setting long-term goals, such as losing fat, building muscle, or improving endurance, and then break them down into smaller, achievable short-term goals.

I will make sure your goals are measurable, specific, and time-bound.

PRICES

Prices will depend on a class by class or a package deal. One-hour training can start from IDR250,000 to IDR350,000. Gym membership fees will be borne by the trainee.
